Quadruple ESD protection diode array
Quadruple ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode array in a SOT457 (SC-74) small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package designed to protect up to 4 signal lines from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.

ESD protection of up to 4 lines
Max. peak pulse power: PPPM = 200 W
Ultra low leakage current: IRM = 80 nA
Low clamping voltage: VCL = 13 V at IPP = 20 A
ESD protection up to 30 kV
IEC 61000-4-2; level 4 (ESD)
IEC 61000-4-5; (surge); IPPM = 20 A
Qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive applications
